  This place is absolutely horrible everytime I come here. The last time I went I had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated and no one acknowledged me. I had to ask for the manager to be seated and he was very short with his response to me. Barely a sorry. And the waitresses look like trash.

  For late night, please everyone, affordable, fun, group dining... There's not many places that beat Chili's! Add to that...Fast, friendly service, attentive wait people, decent drinks and a smile even when you want 12 separate checks and you have a real winner with all ages.

  Our waitress Lauren (long brown hair), was not attentive or pleasant. She failed to mention that Chili's cooks their burgers medium well as well as didn't ask if that was OK or how I wanted it cooked so when I got it it was pink which I don't like. I asked her if we could have some napkins and without responding with her voice she pointed to the little three napkins on the table. After waiting for her to show up, which never happened, we had to get up and go search for our own by the bar. And then she didn't ask us if we wanted a refill until we were finished eating and ready to leave. We would've asked her for one but she pretty much disappeared after the burger incident. It wasn't busy either because it was Halloween night. Even my older kids said that she was very sarcastic and non-personable. The food we order is always good there.
